We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the legendary Hill Climb Racing 2 crew.
We aren't just looking for a marketer; we are looking for a commercial heavyweight and a seasoned people leader. You will own the growth engine of one of the world's most popular mobile racing games, blending high-level strategy with deep, hands-on expertise in performance marketing.
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
You will be embedded directly into the HCR2 product team, holding significant responsibility for the game's market visibility and player acquisition. This is a role for someone who has "been there, done that" in the F2P trenches. You know how to align marketing and product roadmaps and ensure that they support each other to the full extent.
While you will maintain oversight of the full marketing mix—guiding your team of UA, community, and marketing art—your absolute priority is scaling the game’s user base with high-LTV players who can be retained for years.
While reporting directly to the Producer of Hill Climb Racing 2, you will lead a small but talented squad within the product team, ensuring that our marketing efforts are not just creative but also rigorously analytical and profit-driven. You will work closely together with the Producer and Product Manager of Hill Climb Racing 2, ensuring the entire user journey remains consistent and attractive for the end users.
Your Mission:
Drive UA & Analytics (Strategic & Hands-On): This is your main battlefield. You will define the UA strategy and get your hands dirty with the execution. You possess a deep understanding of performance marketing, from defining KPIs to analyzing complex datasets. You know how to create, control and scale budgets profitably, and can explain the "why" behind the numbers to the wider team and company Leadership.
Understand and Control the User Journey: Being the superstar you are, you fully understand and maintain the complete user journey from great UA creatives all the way to in-game KPIs and data assessment.
Lead with Responsibility: You have strong experience managing teams directly. You aren't just assigning tasks; you are developing people, managing high-stakes deliverables, and ensuring your team operates at a world-class level. You handle this responsibility with confidence and emotional intelligence.
Reach Players From All Angles: You coordinate and utilize marketing tools and strategies; whether it’s cross-promotion, in-game news, e-mail newsletters or notifications, it’s your turf.
Future-Proofing: You bring a vision for the future of marketing technology, specifically regarding AI in workflows and creatives, and stay on top of the ever-changing environment of new technologies and opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE
Senior UA Expert: You have extensive, tangible experience in User Acquisition and analytics. You can pivot between high-level strategy and spreadsheet-level analysis instantly.
Proven People Leader: You have a strong track record of direct leadership. You know how to build high-performing teams, resolve conflicts, and drive results through others. You don’t fear sharing your knowledge with other teams or functions, and you love ingesting new information.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: You don't guess; you know. You have practical data skills and view marketing through a lens of profitability and performance.
An Experienced Industry Veteran: You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the free-to-play industry, preferably in performance marketing or commercial roles.
F2P Native: You understand the entire user journey, from ad impression to LTV.
Language Skills: Our primary company language is English.
