Senior 3D Game Artist

WHAT WE’RE AFTER

We’re looking for a Senior 3D Game Artist for an unannounced sequel to the Hill Climb Racing franchise in Helsinki or Oulu. Ideally, you have experience in creating game assets for multiple published mobile games. You know the ins and outs of character creation, environment prop creation, animations, and 3D art optimization for the Unity game engine.

In this role, you will:

• Create finalized game assets and oversee their implementation in Unity
• Come up with the pipeline for creating in-game art assets and integrating them into Unity
• Collaborate with the game designer, art lead, and the team in finding the best solutions

You have:

• Experience in managing internal art pipelines with Unity game engine
• Experience creating a broad range of art styles in 3D medium, especially stylized/cartoony assets
• Know-how of crafting 3D game assets such as characters, vehicles, and levels
• Ability to texture 3D assets
• Understanding of anatomy, composition, color theory, and other art principles
• Ability to work with outsourcing studios if necessary
• A deep passion for making games
